Universal Brush - Cleaning Tips

The Universal Brush, actually the original SCHMUTZ HAKEN product, is specifically designed to pick up pet hair from upholstery and clothing. This it does extremely well!

So well, in fact, that it often requires cleaning.

The normal method of simply pulling the collected pet hair out of the brush by hand doesn’t always work. Running a wide toothed comb through the bristles will remove hard-to-get pet hair very effectively.

Should a general cleaning of the brush be required, use warm soapy water. It is safe and will not affect the hooked bristles.
